Yo yo everybody! Here is my week in meals and snacks for this upcoming week!
As I have said before meal planning works better for me as I don't take the time to meal prep (nor do I want to) and it works for me! I can pull up what I have planned and stick to it! Do I stick to it exactly?! I TRY TO! If I am out somewhere and I have to switch up one meal or snack I am not going to beat myself up over it!
I type these up in Word and just keep the document minimized on my computer!
If I have time I may make these Ranch Roasted Chickpeas
I will also be having Matcha Lattes some mornings and I am sure after dinner I will have a snack some nights - a square of chocolate, homemade froyo - depends on my mood and if I actually want dessert!
