I’m gonna keep it 💯 with you all,
I have struggled with consistent posting while here in NYC! 🚼
While I miss it, feel a little guilty about it & would love to post daily: sometimes I just don’t have a photo, or inspiration or mainly the TIME to sit down and do it ⏳ I’m sure you all can understand that but I felt I needed to explain my not-so-frequent posts. But hey, I’m living my damn lifeeeee 🙌🏽
You can always find me on IG stories but — training, riding, resting, (stressing 🙈), prepping, eating and human connection has been consuming almost all of my time here #nocomplaints ✨
I had all these big NY #instagrammable moments in my mind before coming to the city but they are secondary to why I’m here. I definitely hope to cram that into my final weeks but it just hasn’t been a reality these first 6 weeks 🏙
This has been such an incredible learning and life experience that I wouldn’t trade for anything 💛

This has been the longest I have ever gone without riding with @jonasd.nyc since we met and class yesterday was the boost I needed going into week 6 👊🏽 ☠️ love you J!
I wanted to talk about something a little deeper tonight too 〰️ Last week I was thinking about how much anxiety I used to get on Sunday nights - or the #sundayscaries before work the next day. So much so that my Sunday was essentially over before it started 😨 But as I was sitting in training this past week, surrounded by so many like-minded people who understand my passion on a level that some simply cannot, it dawned on me how lucky I am. I got out. I left a situation that did not serve me to chase my passions and dreams ✨
It’s currently Sunday night and I am excited for what this “work week” will bring. I am beyond fortunate that I am working towards a career that I look forward to rather than dread 🙏🏽
I have people tell me a lot, “you’re so brave, I don’t think I could quit my job like you did.” Trust me, if I could - you can to. Life is too short to waste time being unhappy ⚡️💥💛
