25 Things I Learned During My 25th Year

Last year was my golden birthday - 25 on the 25th. Leading up to it I was so stressed I was hitting the "mid-twenties" mark as I have always feared getting older. Total Peter Pan Syndrome. However, as I get older I am also discovering things about life and myself that I swear only comes with age and experience. Tomorrow I am turning 26 and while I am not loving the number 26, I am living my best life and have decided 30 is definitely the new 20 so I'm all good?! On top of that, it's not like I can change it!!

  12. It is important to take time to catch up with friends and check in with them, even if you don't have a ton of time to see each other

  14. If you believe in something, speak it and share it
  15. Self-tanner is flat out necessary
